A Word of Encouragement for the Child of God!

Today's message is about trusting God's faithfulness and provision.

In my quiet time with the Lord this morning, I felt a message rise up within me, and I want to share what the Lord put on my heart. This message is for those who are called, those who have answered the call, and those who will rise up and allow true conviction and change to take place within their hearts and minds.

I created a faith declaration for financial breakthrough you can download that I go over every morning. This morning, while meditating and declaring God's Word over my life and the lives of my family, the Lord spoke reassurance.

This is the message He gave me, and I hope it blesses you as well:

"As you read through your faith declarations daily, trust God's hand of provision because you know that it is He who gives you the power to be FREE in EVERY area of your life and the power to build wealth." I noticed the order in which I received the word: 'That you may be free in every area of life first and then financially.' God cares about every area of our lives, including the financial area, but this is not a priority for God; it often is a priority to us. He promises to take care of us in every area of our lives. He wants us to be victorious in all areas, but the key is to continuously put our trust in Him for provision in all areas, including our finances.

The Process Begins NOW!

The Spirit goes on to reveal to me that the process begins NOW! We often sit around praying and pleading for things to change! God does not respond to begging; He responds to obedience. He is always good to instruct and direct His followers (thus why we are called followers). He leads; we follow! He requires you to have faith, to believe and declare the goodness of God over your circumstances/finances, and to start making good decisions, specifically in your finances if you are believing for financial breakthrough! Then you will be FREE, but you need to change your thought patterns and begin to change your old habits. You need to begin to do the right thing and practice good financial principles in order to begin to walk in freedom. It may not seem easy or possible, but it is, especially if you begin to think differently.

How Do You Eat An Elephant?

Then the "how do you eat an elephant?" analogy popped into my mind. The answer is, "one bite at a time." This is a metaphor for tackling complex or overwhelming challenges by breaking down large, seemingly insurmountable tasks into smaller, more manageable steps for easier completion. God is reminding us that it is indeed possible to be free in all areas and walk in victory through Christ, who gives us the strength to do the things that He requires, which may seem impossible or outside our scope of knowledge. He gives us the answer to all of life's struggles - It's Jesus Christ! Christ provided us with freedom for our sin-bound souls; it is done! Why would He not provide freedom from all of life's challenges? We cannot believe in His redemptive work on the cross and not believe Him for all the benefits that come along with the sacrifice that was made for us. He came that we may be free and free indeed (in all areas of our lives, spiritually and naturally)! (John 8:36) The "free indeed" implies that we are free forever, and it includes our past, present, and future sins and setbacks. God's redemptive work on the cross was not only to set us free spiritually; it encompasses the whole human experience! That is the best news on earth. This is the promise of Victory over SIN and ALL AREAS of your life!

Walking by God's Principles and Trusting His Promises

We cannot claim to walk by God's principles and that we trust in His promises and continue to live life unchecked, like rogue agents. This attitude will never bring about the prosperity of our souls and the redemptive power available to us. Recognizing that we are called to live dedicated and to give allegiance to the call of God, which is to first seek His heart and to do the right thing, the thing which pleases Him. (Matthew 6:33) Because we were already created to prosper, to multiply, to subdue, to cultivate, to win! (Genesis 1:28) But we cannot do any of this outside of Christ. We know the story about how Adam and Eve sinned and thus the birth of sin throughout humanity entered onto the earth, but only the redemptive work of Christ sets us back in right standing with God and back on the path to the original plan, that we may prosper as our souls prosper. God always points us back to Himself and His principles, and it is clear in scripture that we cannot do any of this without Christ! We do not WIN without acknowledging the saving grace and Lordship of Christ, bottom line! (John 3:16 - read it!)

The objective is to believe in and walk by God's principles and trust in His promises! Keep going; whatever you face today is but a speck of dust compared to the power and mercy available to His devout child. Key word: DEVOUT. Set your hearts on things above. Put God's desires and will for your life first, then, as you grow from glory to glory and through challenge to challenge, you'll grow in knowledge, wisdom, faith, and grace. You'll know His heart better; He already knows yours. He knows your innermost thoughts and desires, but He wants you to get to know His heart and desires for you so that you can reach your full potential and discover who you are in Christ and what your purpose is, "what you were created to accomplish" to bring about change in your sphere as you point to the creator. Life is fleeting; it's like a mist, it is here today and potentially gone tomorrow!

Focus On Heavenly Things

God wants you to focus on Heavenly things, then the things of this world will grow less insurmountable. You'll begin to conquer every mountain that sets itself up against God's will in your life. Believing in the power of God to deliver you from all the giants you face is what brings you Victory! All that I shared is fact according to God's Word!

Malachi 3:10- Trust in His Faithfulness and Provision

Lastly, and to stay with the context of financial breakthrough I'll share what God says in Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it."

Trust His faithfulness and provision. Choose to be obedient in doing good works and giving to your local church and to charity; additionally, strive to be obedient in all areas of your life, then you will prosper and be all God has called you to be in Christ! Be a good steward over all that God gives you to manage, then you will see His hand of faithfulness and provision and you will prosper!

PRAYER FOR FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH

Heavenly Father,

Thank You that You are my Provider, my Source, and the One who gives wisdom for every area of my life. I rededicate my life to do things Your way, and I surrender my finances to You today. I repent for any mismanagement, fear, or doubt I’ve allowed, and I receive Your grace and power to do better.

Open doors of provision, opportunity, and divine strategy. Help me to pay off every debt, build wealth with integrity, and use it for Your glory. Teach me to live below my means, give generously, and steward wisely.

I declare: I am blessed, I am free, and I will leave a legacy of righteousness and wealth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
